Hi! My name is Raegen, I'm the owner of The Cuticle Cult. I started this salon out of a deep love for clean beauty, ritualistic self-care, and helping people feel truly beautiful but without harming their health or the environment. The name Cuticle Cult comes from my belief that beauty should be intentional, sacred, and safe. In a world full of toxic products and rushed services, I wanted to create something different. That’s why I specialize in hard gel manicures and GelX extensions, using non-toxic, 12-free products like The Gel Bottle. Unlike acrylics, which are full of harsh chemicals like formaldehyde and can weaken or damage the natural nail, hard gel actually helps protect and support nail growth. It builds strength without sacrificing health, allowing your natural nails to thrive underneath. This is more than just a nail appointment. It’s a clean beauty ritual for anyone who wants healthy nails in a warm, inviting environment. I’m so excited to share this safe, sacred space with you. Welcome to the cult 🕯✨ Salon Policies No Foreign Fills or Removals I only remove or fill work I have done myself. If your nails were done elsewhere, please arrive with bare, clean nails. The only exception is if you are booking a gel removal for work I originally did. Health & Safety If your nails are in poor condition, certain services will not be performed for the health of your natural nails. For example, Gel-X is not suitable for nail biters or clients with very weak nails. I may refuse a service if it could cause harm or damage. Age Requirement I do not provide services for anyone under the age of 16. My products, including builder gel, are not recommended for younger nails. No Visitors Please Only the client receiving the service may attend the appointment. No guests, children, or additional visitors are allowed. Late Policy If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled due to time constraints, and you will be charged the cancellation fee. No-Show Policy Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full service price. Booking Accuracy Please double-check the service you book. If you arrive and I do not have the allotted time for the service you need, your appointment will be cancelled and the cancellation fee will apply. Nail Art Requests Inspiration photos must be sent in advance so I can prepare the proper products and timing. Service Guarantee I do not offer refunds. Any mistakes or damage to the nail must be reported within 72 hours of your appointment for a complimentary repair. Damage from misuse or neglect is not covered.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 30% of the service.
• Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit
• If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, you may be subject to a cancellation fee worth 30% of your service or full service cost if rescheduling is not possible.
